  Let me tell you this food is great. We stopped on our way from New Jersey to the Smokey Mountains. After we ate we noticed the dessert menu had key lime pie, peach cobbler and blackberry cobbler. We decided to take it with us to our cabin and was it ever delicious. So, I figured I wanted to stop back by there on our way home and get an entire pie and cobbler to take back to New Jersey. I called them and asked if I could order a pie and cobbler to pick up on our way home. I explained we would be by on sunday morning. Allison (a great waitress and daughter-in-law of the owner) told me they were not open on sundays so I told her I would call her back when I figured out what to do about that. I was going to ask if it was possible for us to maybe come by their house on sunday morning to pick it up. Before I could do this, she called us and said they would go! in and open the restaurant and meet us there.WHAT GREAT FOOD AND WHAT GREAT SERVICE !! We will be back there again.

  I had been looking for a great mom and pop country diner for quite some time so when we stumbled across Sweet Lips I was pleasantly surprised. The food was great and the hospitality even better. I would highly recommend visiting this place.
